Encore Sea-Far Smoked Mussels and Oysters are harvested from the most productive beds in clean, clear waters. Within hours of being gathered, our Smoked Mussels and Smoked Oysters are naturally smoked with hardwood and packed in a light cottonseed oil.  Many years of experience produce Smoked Mussels and Oysters that are plump and moist with a delicate texture and flavour.  Enjoy them simply as hors d’oeuvres with a squeeze of lemon juice or incorporate them in your favourite seafood recipes.

High on our list of favourites is the delicious Smoked Candied Pink Salmon.  This Canadian product is naturally hardwood smoked, marinated with sugar and cured to perfection to enhance the flavour.  It’s perfect as an appetizer or part of a quick meal.  Simply add it to a fresh salad or serve on bagels, crackers, crisp or rye bread!
